Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a range of shipping options with varying delivery times and costs. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders; refer to the promotions section for details.

 

For local, Singapore based orders - shipping starts at S$3.99

For Intl orders, shipping rates may vary. 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship internationally. If you have any questions about the shipping eligibility of a particular product, please contact us.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sahur's Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

Sahur's Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
