Returns and Refund Policy
1. All sales are final once payment has been processed.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind or incorrect purchase
- Products damaged by improper storage, handling, or use beyond their expiry date
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at help@sahursart.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the product(s) and packaging
Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund (at our discretion).
All returned products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for any replacement or refund.
3. Shipping Fees & Handling Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, including original and return shipping charges.
4. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 10–20 business days.
