GEMLINER - Graphic and Glitter Dual Liner

A double-ended matte liquid liner and glitter liner. Both sides can be used on their own or layered! Perfect for graphic eye looks and adding a little shimmer to your eye looks for the holidays! 

How to use:

Apply dual ended liner with built in applicator as needed. Graphic end features matte liquid eyeliners that can be used individually or mixed with other colours for all your creative needs.  Some lighter colours may need 2 coats for maximum payoff. Glitter eyeliner can be used on its own, above eyeshadow or above accompanying matte graphic liner for the perfect pairing. Personalise your look by mixing and matching different colours of graphic and glitter liquid liners. Avoid contact with the immediate eye area and waterline.
